Ordering

What are your order requirements?

Minimum opening order is $500 per delivery destination; minimum reorder is $200. Please order by pack size or multiple increases.

How do you handle backorders?

Backorders ship without notice when merchandise becomes available and under the same payment terms as the original order.

We reserve the right to cancel any backorders:

  • with total value of $150 or less;
  • for seasonal merchandise;
  • older than 6 months.
Are testers available? 

Yes, for many SKEEM products! Items with an eligible tester are marked in the catalog. To qualify for a half-priced tester, please note a minimum purchase of 6 units of the same item is required.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Freight charges are determined at time of delivery and are to be paid by the customer.

Where do you ship from?

Merchandise ships FOB Wind Gap, PA 18091 and/or Bloomington, MN 55438.

What is your current lead time?

We strive to keep our lead time under one week, and often ship within 2-3 business days of PO receipt with valid payment information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on a case by case basis. Please note, any customs fees and duties applied to a shipment are not included in the cost of shipping and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Payment

What are your payment terms?

Opening orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), check, or wire transfer. Terms offered on reorders of more than $500 only.

How do I apply for terms? 

To inquire about Net 30 terms for reorders over $500, please reach out to accounting@dhomebrands.com with your request and pending reorder. If you are eligible to apply for terms, our controller will provide the credit application. The application process will begin once we receive your completed & signed application. Please note credit approval is at our discretion, typically requires 2-4 weeks for processing, and is not guaranteed.

Returns & Claims

What is your return policy?

For SKEEM products, no returns are accepted due to their fragile nature.

Merchandise returns for all other brands require pre-authorization and are subject to 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for inbound and outbound freight; credit will be given on account only. No returns will be accepted for seasonal merchandise.

An item arrived damaged. How do I submit a claim?

Please email the item SKU and a photo of the damaged item, along with the store name and PO number, to info@skeemdesign.com. All claims must be submitted within ten-days of the order being delivered. No claims to be accepted after that period.

What is your online selling policy?

We encourage retailers to advertise our products on their proprietary website. Retailers are not authorized to market,
advertise, list, offer for sale, sell, or fulfill orders for any products as a seller on third-party marketplaces. This includes, but is not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Jett.
